What's in this Workout?

Organisations that succeed, no matter what, have leaders and teams that are inspired by what they do and what their work stands for. It doesn't matter what the business or product is, what matters is what it stands for. It is this lit up quality of great organisations that sets them apart. Culture, employee engagement and delivering results are all built on the foundation of an inspired organisation. To work on any of these organisational projects or other current imperatives is ineffective if the inspiration is absent.

As we spend more time at work and the lines between work and life blur, we need to create organisations that deliver on the four fundamental human needs: to acquire and succeed; to belong and commune; to matter and create; and to understand and learn.

How well does your organisation deliver on this?

It all begins with you, the leader. Your employees will not continue to turn up and work for organisations and agendas that turn us down or off. They need to be both inspired and inspiring whether at work, in life or at play. With that in place everything else comes faster, easier and from a better place.

In this truly inspirational Workout, thought leader Matt Church will show you that motivation is intrinsic, and inspiration is the invitation to join those who amp up, make a difference and do great things. He will teach you that this ability to be lit up and light up others is more science than art and that you too can learn to become the type of leader or the type of organisation where people become motivated, stimulated and best of all inspired by what they do.

What will I get out of this workout?

  • Accountability: An understanding of what it means to be responsible for success and how to build a culture and team that is accountable and able to take charge of situations.
  • Talent: The ability to identify your own strengths and those of others around you so that you can build high performing teams with complimentary skill sets.
  • Evolution: Skills that will enable you to chart a course for growth that is not only sustainable and enduring but also helps in the development of individuals and the business.
  • Reflection: Time and tools to assist you in reflecting upon what works, what doesn't work in your life, business or projects and what you can do about it.
  • Perspective: Learn how to see the forest for the trees so that you can provide people around you with the certainty, clarity and confidence they need to be inspired.
  • Imagination: An understanding of how to adopt a scientific approach to going beyond visions and goal setting so that you can ignite others to the possibilities of an inspired organisation.
  • Execution: Real tools to help you develop a bias for action and anchor the light of inspiration to the essentials of delivering high performance results.
  • Purpose: The skills to link the individual and the organisation's agenda to a sense of meaning and significance is key to building the inspired organisation.
  • Celebration: The knowledge of how to install a culture that measures and celebrates success so that you can build a resilient and sustainable performance.
